ETHICS

The Corporate Business Ethics Office operates as an independent and objective body that coordinates reviews and evaluates business ethics compliance issues and concerns within the company. It establishes expectations of the highest ethical standards, creates employee awareness of the standards and drives commitment to meeting the standards.

The Corporate Business Ethics Office is looking to appoint a Business Ethics Representative to work as staff expert helping to enhance and deploy the company’s Ethics & Business Conduct program and to reinforce the company’s ongoing commitment to doing business to the highest ethical standards for employees, contractors/suppliers, joint venture partners and other stakeholders. The representative will provide program direction and consultative services to management and function under very limited direction and supervision. The position requires an expert knowledge of world-class ethics and business conduct systems, procedures and tools. The representative should also possess a strong understanding of risk management, organization-wide ethics/compliance programs, and corporate communications and have experience designing and implementing ethics/compliance programs, including change management process.
